You do not have to be hungry to lose weight. If you choose a calorie deficit that is moderate but not crazy (300-500/day in my opinion) and eat filling foods, you shouldnt be hungry. Congrats on your weight loss! I am 5'9", 162 pounds, and in most brands, I am a 12. I am pretty pear shaped, though, I think if I had less in my hips and more in my stomach, I could easily be a 10.

I always keep Dove Dark Chocolates and Hersheys Kisses Dark in the house, dove are 50 cals for one, kisses are like 30 cals apiece. Pretty low cal when only 1-2 kill the craving!

You ladies all look fantastic! vjohn, what specifically are you doing for weight training? Any cardio? You now look very close to my ideal body. Right now I am doing 30 Day Shred because it is SO much more convenient than going to the gym. Tell me I should switch to lifting heavy at the gym :)

I bought a Body Bugg used off ebay for about $50 and the monthly subscription fee is $7. I really like it. It motivates me to move more. And in my opinion it works, if I consistently eat under what my Body Bugg tells me I burned, I lose. But controlling my calorie intake is the hard part :)

I am betting you measured correctly. I have done Shred a few times and I always see my belly flattening within the first few days, butt shrinking, etc. Great job!!!

You ladies look great, very inspiring! I just got ZCut in the mail and have done two days. My plan is to do the entire ZCut program and also throw in Shred on the days I feel I can. I love Jillian and Zuzka! Did you order your ZCut yet? It took them 10 business days to get it to me :(

Hilary you look great, awesome job on the loss! I LOVE me some shred. I found soreness to be the worst on day 4, but I pushed through and then it got better after that. I took about one day off a week to save my sanity and give my muscles a break.

Awesome job on the loss in inches! I wanted to chime in that every time I start working out, I gain 1-3 pounds. As soon as I quit working out, I drop the weight. But I see working out changes my body shape (as it is yours) so I take the weight gain with a grain of salt.

I have the same one aleyjewell linked to. I LOVE mine. Mine is the older style from about 3-4 years ago and it still works well. It is very motivating and makes me push harder in my workouts! In my opinion, you have to have a chest strap to be accurate.

Ripped in 30 is very similar to 30 Day Shred, slightly harder workout in my opinion. Same length of time, same 3-2-1 concept, it just seems harder. Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is free on Youtube. Longer-about 55 minutes, no weights, a great cardio workout in my opinion. I have No More Trouble Zones but havent tried it yet.…
