I love salads for lunch! The only thing I would have changed is instead of croutons, I would add some beans. The protein and fiber in them tend to keep me fuller longer than croutons. I would take your salad over bagels any day!

My most filling breakfast is 1/3 c. oats, made with water add 1T flax seed 0.5T peanut butter 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 1 container 80 calorie greek yogurt It is delicious, clocks in at about 450 calories, and keeps me full 5-6 hours.

AWESOME job! Junk at work makes it so hard. Yesterday my office had a potluck. My office is right next to the breakroom and every time someone opened the door I got a whiff of deliciousness. But I never went in there, ate my tuna sandwich for lunch, and am feeling proud today :)
