The water challenge was HARD! Especially days I was on the road, so that fell out midweek. I completed a ton of exercise this past week -- 493 minutes! It was a special week though as I met with friends specifically for exercise and social meeting so for three days had two separate exercise classes... Tracie

Water was definitely easier today -- Target 124 oz. and drank 128. I spread it out a lot more over the day than yesterday. Managed to convince myself to do a 9:30p in-hotel-room workout for another 30 mins. 90 mins total exercise for Days 1 & 2 :happy: :happy: Tracie

That is a lot of water! wow -- My calculated water intake with an hour of working out this morning are: 136 ounces! I am drinking another litre of water before bed so I should be at 139 oz before sleep.
