Going to the gym is a waste of money! I use my recumbent stationary bike 5 times a week. I absolutely love it! It's low impact on my knees, and I feel awesome after the ride. I usually bike for 45 minutes which converts to 11 miles and approximately 450 calories lost! Biking combined with eating healthy and lifting weights does wonders:)

If it's just a bite of something a couple times a day, then don't bother logging it. You'll lose those couple of calories by walking! However if your taking bites of different foods excessively in a day, then your going to have to log in as something as a whole. Better to over estimate than underestimate.

We all relapse, in some way or another. I think it's the strong ones that can admit it! So good on you:) today is a new day and we can start all over again, right? Right! I'm so glad I started this thread! I love checking in on this to see everyone's amazing transformation!!! It just goes to show that with determination and self control, we can look and feel better:) I just started lifting weights (10 lbs) and I love the way I feel and I'm starting to look better too
