Ya I find I usually always stay within 1500 calories. Sometimes a little over sometimes a little under. Either way I know that the deficit is whats going to keep things moving! Okay ladies, I finally figured out how to get my picture on here:) Im trying to find a picture of something to compare it too.....Anyways Im feeling much better about myself these days! My starting weight was 180 and current weight is 160. I am also 5'6. So great to see all the progress pictures!!!! Keep em coming:)

So amazing, like really really amazing. I love looking at all the transformations! I've tried a couple times to upload my success pictures, but I get a pop up saying it exceeds the limit?! Hmmmmm. I'm almost at 365 days of straight logging! I've only lost 20 pounds, but I've lost a lot of inches:) I like that this site makes you aware and accountable for the amount of calories I consume.
