I'm only about 20 lbs down from my original weight, so my before and after pictures are not fully developed0

I posted on this thread awhile ago, but here are some updated pictures after I hit my 40 pound goal. I was 180 on the left, 140 on the right (I'm 5'6"). It took me 9 months.

I'm 5' 6.5" tall and started at 169 lbs. First pic is from May 2014. I didn't start my weight loss until Feb. 2015 unfortunately - I wish I had started sooner! Second pic is June 2015 - 149 lbs. I'm trying to get to 135 and have lost another 3.5 lbs towards that since beginning of July Hopefully I'll have a 135 pic to post by October!

The photo on the right was from October 2014.... 25 lbs down since I began March 2015! I'm 5'7 29 yrs old. Goal 160... weight now 189.

So amazing, like really really amazing. I love looking at all the transformations! I've tried a couple times to upload my success pictures, but I get a pop up saying it exceeds the limit?! Hmmmmm. Anyways, looking good ladies and everyone should be so proud of how far they have come/ or how far they are coming❤️0

I am 5'6'' and 200 pounds been watching what I eat and walking for 30 min.would like to get back to 140 not giving up if you all can do it I am going to give it a try been doing this for 10 day now .

You can do it! January 2014 I was at 225 lbs! I lost a little and really committed myself in March 2015 where I was at 214 lbs. Today I'm at 189

You can do it! January 2014 I was at 225 lbs! I lost a little and really committed myself in March 2015 where I was at 214 lbs. Today I'm at 189

I started at around 205, currently 172. Still a ways to go, but I'm getting there!

My goal was 135, but have decided to lean out a bit more for racing.
