So amazing, like really really amazing. I love looking at all the transformations! I've tried a couple times to upload my success pictures, but I get a pop up saying it exceeds the limit?! Hmmmmm. Anyways, looking good ladies and everyone should be so proud of how far they have come/ or how far they are coming❤️0

You can do it! January 2014 I was at 225 lbs! I lost a little and really committed myself in March 2015 where I was at 214 lbs. Today I'm at 189

I started at around 205, currently 172. Still a ways to go, but I'm getting there!

7 months later, I hit my goal weight of 135. As of this morning, I'm just a tick under 133.
My goal was 135, but have decided to lean out a bit more for racing.
Hope this helps!

Everyone looks fabulous! I love reading this thread!
I'm not done yet, and hopefully I'll have an updated picture in the next few months. My results are not dramatic compared to some, but I'm happy with how things are going.
I'm 5'6. My highest was 143 (before I stopped looking at the scale!) The left pic I'm probably 138. I'm about 131 in the pic on the right. I'm pretty active, trying to change the shape of my body. And trying to get rid of that pooch!

Hi! I'm 5'7 and I have lost 60 lbs in the last year. I'm still shooting to lose 40 more pounds but I'm being a little easier on myself this go around. The picture of me in the blue shirt was taking my first day of freshman year (high school). The picture of me in the white and pink was taken the first day of my senior year! I'm hoping to get to 140-155 pounds! I started out around 240 pounds and I refuse to ever let myself get back to that!

You look awesome. I can't imagine it was easy going through such a transformation in high school. You did amazing and it is so awesome that you did this while you were young. I don't even know you and I am proud of you! Good luck with the rest of your journey.

Thank you! I started out just doing compound lifts (A. Squats, bench and rows. B. Deadlifts, lat pulldowns and overhead press), but I recently started Strong Curves and I really think it's already making a difference in especially my glutes and legs! Super excited to see how my body will look further into this program, I enjoy it so far!1 -
