Hey! I keep seeing this type of post on here but for really tall women or really short, lol. Hoping to see some success pictures of before and after of women between 5'6 or 5'7. I'm 5'6 1/2 and currently weigh 165. I started MFP in September and have lost 15 lbs. I'm curious to see other women's frames with weight on and off:) Thanks!

December 2012 to Dec 2013 (News years 2014)
I've maintained this weight for the last year, hoping to drop another stone.
5ft 8in, so roughly the same height. Only dropped a stone but 2 and 1.2 dress sizes.99 -
My before and after, about a 30 pound weight loss. Same outfit and same pose!85 -
Sooooo awesome! Thanks Ladies:)1

I've lost the weight before and am back to lose what I've gained over the winter, so these pictures are a bit dated. Still, my height hasn't changed. I'm 5'6, in the first picture I was hovering around 180 (and that was before my two kids!). Second picture is after both of my kids, around 145 - I'm in the blue. Good luck to you!

5'6 went from 191 to 158 (so far)

Awesome job to all of you - I hope to be posting here in just a few months!11

I'm 5'6-7" and went from 183 to 156... Still about 10 more lbs. to go, and then if I'm being really ambitious, I'd love to get to 137, which is my ideal racing weight for running!
The top photo is December 2013. I actually could've weighed more than 183—I started MFP in May 2014 and didn't work up the guts to even weigh myself until a few weeks later.
Bottom photo was taken yesterday.

This is great to see! I'm 5'6" and it's inspiring to see where I can be if I stick with this!8

I'm 5'7" and 1/2. I've gone from 225 to 164. Kind of a plateau right now not due to my motivation but between snow, illness, life, etc I've not gotten to the gym as regularly as I'd like to. I'd like to lose about 10 more lbs. I don't have a picture on my computer though. Sorry! I've been at it for 2 years and the road has been long but rewarding. I'm losing at a snails pace but I keep telling myself that I'm also not gaining and that's a success too.41

I am 5'6". On my photos, (there are more on my profile album) you will see my 'before' and me 'now' pics. I have always been genetically quite skinny, but I stopped smoking at around my late 30's and so then piled on the weight. Hence I am on MFP now trying to get back to what I was! I don't, sadly, have any 'after' pics as I am still at my heaviest. But if you take a look at my before pics I was floating around the 7 stone / 8 stone mark (98 / 112 lbs) the 'now' pics are of me at my heaviest (218 lbs).
I am now at 209 and getting lower! So will soon be back to the old me
Feel free to add me for support and lots more pics to come in the future as I drop more weight!!!15 -
You ladies look great, so motivating! I'm 5' 6.75" and have about 75 to go overall so this is helpful!6

Here are some pics I took today vs. me a couple of years ago. I still have a LOT of work to do and just started cracking down hardcore on my diet. My butt is still sad, and so it my gut. But I'm trying!
PS: Don't ask me why I was wearing that horrible outfit.
You look amazing! Keep it up, and just keep feeling the burn, then you know it's working!

wow, its so amazing seeing all these pictures of before & after. I must admit at my heaviest (14st), I didn't like having any pictures taken of me, so you are all very braze - well done! I lost 3 stone last year which was ace until I suffered a back injury which left me inactive for nearly 5 months until now. I've put 13lbs back on due to this, but its going to come off!!!!3

How long did it take you from 184-168? my scale hasn't move on me for the last week and half

I'm 5'6 I started at 194ish and now down to 177-79ish. I keep fluctuating from 177-179 over the last week and half, hopefully see some serious drops soon.
But for NSV - I went from L-XL tops to Medium and from 14/16 pants down to 10/12. So I'm really excited to see them results.45 -

I'm 5'6, before photos were 3 years ago at 180+, now I'm around 138.
Great job to all the ladies above you all look amazing!
