Over the course of about a year (off and on) I lost 22 pounds and then maintained for about six more months. Then the summer of last year I decided I wanted to lose 3 more lbs so I'd be at 125. I did that, and grew to be 5'7 pretty quickly (which probably helped me look like I lost more weight than I did at the time). Now, at 18 I weigh between 122-125 lbs and am just trying to tone up a bit. I feel like my weight loss is significant not because of the number on the scale but because I am currently the only person in my ENTIRE family that is not overweight or obese. I have myself to thank for that and I know if I hadn't started when I did I would weigh A LOT more and wouldn't be enjoying life the way I am now. Anyway, here's some pictures (what you came to see!).
(sorry for the snapchat banner; I wanted pics from the same angles)

5'6. 50 years old. 3 years ago I was at 220 and lost 70 pounds on Nutrisystem. Fabulous program! Gained about 20 pounds over the last year and am now down 32 pounds since January and getting fitter every day. First photo collage is from original loss. Second photo collage is from 4 months ago to now.
