Don't you all look amazing! Great job!
Here's my post partum progress.
I'm 14 weeks post partum now and I weigh 204.4 lbs/92.9 kg. Hope to give a nice update progresspic in a few weeks!
I'm 1,68m/5'6'' by the way.4 -
I don't have any pictures because I hate getting my picture taken. I'm 32 and am about 5'6" and I started out at 221(my heaviest) in mid July 2015. I finally was able to give up junk food (my addiction) and I started working out 5-6 days a week (I love exercise) and I started praying for God to give me the strength to say no to the foods that were tempting me. Currently(may 2016) I am down 45lbs and I'm weighing in at 176. I plateaued for a few months and just recently started losing again. Id like to lose another 20lbs, and I have faith that it will come eventually. I can see and feel the difference and it's amazing! I can't wait to see how I feel when I actually meet my goal. Keep up the the great work all you MFP people! You've all been very inspiring.
I can do all things through him who strengthens me.

Not quite 5'6", but close enough! I'm currently at 126.2lbs, that picture is from a few weeks ago. My goal weight is around 120-118lbs.

Congratulations so far. You look so good! This is very inspiring as I'm the same weight as your before picture! I was worried having a goal below 130lb wouldn't like right, but you look fabulous. How long did it take? And what sort of exercise did you do?0 -

I THOUGHT THIS THREAD WAS A LITTLE SUSPECT AT FIRST, BUT THERE ARE SOME REALLY GREAT SUCCESS STORIES HERE. GREAT JOB EVERYONE.2

Congrats to you all!
January 2015: Before ... and actually, I gained a couple kg after that photo was taken and before I started with MFP (mid-February 2015).
April 2015: After losing about 10 kg ...
September 2015: Getting close to "after" ... not quite at my goal.
Easter 2016: I've been maintaining this weight since Christmas.25 kg/55 lbs down!
Still considering dropping another 2 or 3 kg.38 -

Thanks so much! Honestly it took about 3-4 years because I didn't stick to it consistently (I struggled with binging for a long time), but it definitely doesn't need to take that long. I almost exclusively followed Blogilates pilates calendars (you can kind them online for free, they're fantastic) and a little running here and there. Recently within the past couple months I've had more progress with my body than I feel I have during the 4 years because I've started about 20 mins worth of HIIT a day and 40min of strength training (pilates/weights) and started consistently tracking my food.1 -
So inspirational! Renee264 . Approaching my 50's, would love to know how you accomplished your goal. Thx0 -
I'm 5'7". In my before pic, I was around 235 maybe higher cause I weighed in a month after this picture. My after pic. I'm around 185 lbs. I currently weigh 180.8 lbs. My goal weight is 170 right now. I will evaluate when I get there if I could stand to lose another 5 or 10 lbs.

You look amazing! What is your routine? Do you do strength training or only cardio? How many calories you are eating daily?1

Thanks so much. I do both cardio and strength training. I workout at OrangeTheory Fitness 4 times per week which incorporates HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) on treadmill and rowing machine, weights and so much more. I eat a ton of food if I don't exercise 1900 calories if I work out 2200 to 2400 calories daily. I try to eat my body weight in protein grams.6 -
Thank you for your quick reply. And my last question, how long it took you to lose the weight?

Wow you look fantastic. 180 lbs seems a lot but you carry it well! My comparison I am 5'7" and 145 lbs.2

Before @ 5'7" and 153 pounds (my highest weight.) I've been maintaining at goal on MFP for about 5 years now:
During @ 140 pounds:
After @ 135 pounds: (They made me sit on this stupid saddle for my birthday. It was the only way to get the free ice cream, so I pretty much HAD to do it.)16 -

Yep she definitely carries her weight well. My goal is 175 for this exact reason.
