5'6 - 5'7 before and after pics please!

Hey! I keep seeing this type of post on here but for really tall women or really short, lol. Hoping to see some success pictures of before and after of women between 5'6 or 5'7. I'm 5'6 1/2 and currently weigh 165. I started MFP in September and have lost 15 lbs. I'm curious to see other women's frames with weight on and off:) Thanks!

Stumbled onto this thread and just spent the past hour going through it-amazing work every single one of you!!!

Here's my before/after: 2012 start (I think, it's been a while lol), and then this month

I'm 5ft, 6 inches and several years into maintenance.

I'm 5'7" started at 262 (although was probably higher since I had been eating healthier a month before I got on scale) and now 227. Down 35 lbs! My goal is 160 lbs so I have 67 lbs to go. I love this thread because it really helps me to stay inspired. Thank you to all who post these pics!

Made my first post on this thread 2 years ago this week - on the first page in fact. Happy to say I have kept the weight off too (although not my absolute lowest it's a weight I'm really happy with). Here's a more recent 'after' pic. First pic is 221lbs+ and second one is around 147lbs. Well done everyone on here!

This is a great thread . I went through it all. Super motivated. My starting weight is ( was ) 180 , goal 155 or 150 depending on how I feel or look. . Started on Jan 31.st and am down 8 lb, so I am pleased about that. I hope the pictures keep coming and I will try to upload mine also.

Love this thread! I'm 5'7 and in the middle of my weight loss. I'm 24 years old. Started at 180, currently 165.

I don't know my goal weight. I've been saying 150 because it seems realistic, but I'm not sure if I'd look much different. On the other hand I'm afraid that if I aimed for 140 or 130 I wouldn't be able to maintain that for very long. I don't want to set myself up to fail. But man, to be 140 again sounds pretty great. That's what my 5'7 boyfriend weighs, so... Yeah. I gotta think.

You ladies all look awesome, by the way!

I'm 5'7, 24, and starting weight 180 too...kind of. Wedding weight: 145 after first baby:195 second: 186 but time to get it off in earnest now, been carrying it too long!
I'd like to shoot for 140-5 but like you I don't know if I could maintain that. Plus muscle weighs more than fat, and I want to build muscle too. We'll see what happens! Good luck!

I went from 195 and I am 165 now and still have 20 lbs to lose and I am 5'6, I am now lifting 6 days a week so excited for my new toned body

This is amazing- 1, I can't wait to post my own pics here but also 2, I can't believe have different everyone's results are! It's amazing how different all of our bodies are even if we are the same height!

I don't have any pictures of me at my highest weight which was around 248 back in 2004. By the time I found MFP in 2011 I had managed to get down to 228 but couldn't seem to get any further. I'm also 5'6"

By 2014 I was down to 140 but unfortunately due to an accident and other life situations I have gained back about 25 of those and am now hovering around 163. I've been trying to refocus and get over some issues. This thread has helped me a lot.
