CW: 155

I lost the first 40lbs in about four months in 2015, and have gone from 196-155 since Jan 2017. Heavy lifting, hardly any cardio (I cycle everywhere but that's about it) and mostly keto. I also stopped drinking alcohol and quit smoking which made a big difference. Love being healthy and strong, and looking forward to reaching goal but still enjoying the journey ✌30 -

the pictures at the top were taken a year apart.
Great job! You're where I'm headed and I can't wait.
You project a really fun personality from all your photos. Thanks for sharing!

Hi everybody! I love seeing everyone's pics! Y'all look great!
I'm 5'7" and started out at 173. Today, I clocked in at 130.2 (which is actually on the low side of my maintenance weight goal). I hit my goal weight (135 lbs.) in April and have been able to maintain it for two months! Currently trying to tone up and get ready for summer66 -
Wow, everyone has transformed beautifully1

So interesting to see how we are about the same height yet carry the same weight so differently! Good job guys! You are all an inspiration!5

Even though I'm about 30lbs away from my long term goal weight of losing 100lbs, I'm 70lbs closer!
Amazing. I started at 244 and have lost about 52lbs. I needed this thread and these pictures to become inspired again. Thank you!38 -

Yep!! Hahahaha!!! I loved that dress!
I had been crying in the first pic. My daughter had just graduated from basic training and was having to return to base for months... I guess it helps when your "before" pic is very unattractive.1 -

I'm 5'7". The halloween costume pic is me at 220lbs, the one on the right (April 2012) is me at 152lbs. I've gained 23 lbs since then, so I'm back to losing this against as we speak!
I think you looked just as hot before haha7 -
Congrats everyone! So weird in went from 158 lbs to 130lbs and you guys look why skinnier in your after pics. Maybe i have body dysmorphia or something lol1

I am currently around 150lbs....from the 190's while pregnant. I really want to be 137 but I seem stuck here so I am just focusing on getting stronger/faster etc. If the weight comes off someday, great. If not I am fine. But my goal is maintaining a lifestyle so dieting/restrictive eating is not on the menu for me

Man, I was just thinking the same thing. I've gone from 220 to 145 and don't look nearly as lean as most of y'all.3 -
What an incredible thread! You all did amazing work! Very motivating and can't wait to be able to put up an "after" shot. (5'7" with 50lbs to lose.) Congrats to you all!!3

You ladies look amazing. I am 5'7" and had my seventh baby eight months ago and my sixth twelve months and five days before the seventh which means I was pregnant for two years. I have taken off 16 pounds but have 31 more to reach my pre pregnancy weight. You are all so inspiring!6

Wow! You look amazing! I'm about 5'6 & 3/4" with the same current weight of 154.8 & I don't think I look nearly that good or even that close. My starting weight is nondescript but I randomly started this maybe around 165ish. My highest post pregnancy weight has been 192, but my body has always wanted to go to it's set weight of 170. My goal is about 138. I have a lot of work to do in the activity department & really manage my nutrition well. Clean eater, non-smoker, but make adjustments so I can enjoy a drink every couple of days. I look forward to posting my successful before & after!
Great job to everyone!!3 -
This is the post I've been looking for! I just can't get it together and I think support from other 5'6ish ladies will help! You all are doing amazing and keep it up!!! You're all so motivational!2
