Negatively gets you no where, and I'm just really excited about this whole new life change, so please if it makes you feel better to rip someone apart because it somehow makes you feel better, then by all means do it somewhere else to people that deserve it. Yes, I forgot to mention I stepped on a scale while I was at my Moms....lol. But I refuse to buy one and refuse to be consistent on stepping on one! Should of clarified that for you guys.

Hello, I too am just starting this fitness pal. I'm not overly over weight but I definitley know that if I keep eating the way I am, I will be. I basically want to lose 20 pounds and tone up. I am a mother of a little boy and am so busy all the time! I find it difficult to commit to diets and exercise...any suggestions?
