  • yes I do too. Try eating fruit when you crave something sweet. Yes, it does have sugar but it's better for you than chocolate treats.

  • I try to do it before if possible. You burn alot of calories while you sleep. You can go stronger and harder if you have re-fueled. The only problem I have is getting up in time! I have to get up at 5:00am for work if I DONT work out...so I do my workouts in the evening.
