Get one of those cute acrylic cups with the lid and straw. You know, the ones you can see through with different colors that looks like it came from a fast food place? I LOVE mine. Drinking through a straw really makes me drink more. I sit it at my desk all day and mind-lessly drink from it like a habit. Try it.

Yes, I wish you luck. I gained 5lbs of mine back and it is from not logging (not measuring my portions, not paying attention to the calories, getting food 'amnesia')...this site really works. I'm back baby!!!

Me too! I always do the portion size and put the bag away. My husband is about to bring tortilla chips and dip from the store...I will have 7 of them and no more. Its willpower

be careful eating alot of cantaloupe/watermellon/bananas because they have a tendency to boost your glycemic index the most. I agree with CassieLeo...I eat alot of fruit everyday and I have lost 40lbs. If it comes from the ground it's good for you!!!

Drink water, wait 30 minutes and if I'm still hungry I'll eat something that came from the ground, carrot, bell pepper, something not too high in calories. Or you could eat something high in protein like tuna. It will fill you up. almonds are high in fat, but they do fill me up if I eat a serving size.

And pay attention to the label, I think you have to keep organic PB refrigerated and stir it before you use it...because the oil separates...at least the kind I have purchased does.

I think they are filling and the kind I use has alot of vitamins/minerals. Plus after working out I dont feel like cooking so its perfect. I use ON Egg Protein Powder Vanilla Custard. Its my fav. I hate alot of the brands because some of them are "chalky" but this isnt.
