I would try not to make a habit of it. I admit, I've done it before but I would not make it regular because it doesnt seem like it is productive. You have willpower! If you can be under one day...try to level it out some. You'll be alright.

I almost bought one but cannot bring myself to spend a few hundred dollars on something I can figure out online. I track my own calorie burn by using this site and http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate And I track my calories here too. I do not think it is worth it. I could be wrong, but I'm just sayin' :)
