ask a loved one to hide your scale. Seriously that is what I did. I was obsessed with it, wanted to weigh every day and got discouraged. My friend Karen had my scale at her house and I'd go over once a week for my weigh-in ;) It worked!!!

Oh, and by the way. I am looking into the Biggest Loser game for Wii. Looks so fun. I have all the workout dvds and love the trainers, they are motivating and helpful and I see huge results with Biggest Loser. The game is only $39.99 so its cheaper than regular games.

I also think you should stick with beer and get maybe Michelob Ultra because of the calories. Coors light is what I like to drink and it isnt as high in calories as Bud light I dont think. Get a snack bad and take dry cereal like raisin bran crunch or just plain raisins. You get your fruit and a snack. I love 'bare naked' granola. I dont know if you have ever tried it but it is soooo yummy. If you have a Kroger, you can get it there. dried bananas mixed with granola or nuts are good and good for you.
