I love pre-logging. It takes all of the guesswork out of my meals-- so that when I head to the fridge, I know exactly what I'm retrieving.

Hair should be combed, or at least styled somewhat.

Pack plenty of fruit to take with you. The fiber will help fill you up and keep you full. Green apples, bananas, oranges, etc. are all non-perishable.

A man in a three piece, slim fit suit? Oh yes.

I am!

I have the Asic Gel Blur 33 and they changed my runs completely. I used to run in Nike and got shin splints every time, but from the moment I slipped on the Asics, they completely disappeared. I wear them everywhere. It's like running on a sponge, and so so shock absorbent.

Great idea. Thank you!
-
Thanks! I'll try that!
-
Thanks guys! I appreciate the input!

Protein and fiber. -pack 100 calories worth of fresh, shelled, unsalted edamame in a plastic bag when you're on the run. -grab a plain 0% fat chobani-- it's packed with protein. -scramble an egg white or two. -eat a green apple. Lastly: -drink water!!!! your body often mistakes dehydration for hunger.
-
I never eat breakfast until after my morning workout, because I'm never hungry. Even then it's small. Just a Chobani, usually.

Maybe get fitted for a new running shoe? I have the Asics Gel Blur 33, and since wearing them, my shin splints have disappeared!
-
I love running too! It's the most natural form of therapy! I'm currently doing Couch 2 5k and I love it!!

I understand that, however I've found that after going Gluten Free for a short period of time I have smoother digestion (which is problem for me-- even with taking probiotics), clearer skin, and so much more energy.

Thanks everyone! I'm going GF mainly because I want to cut out as much processed and "white" food out of my diet as I can (i.e. sugar, wheat) and I thought about going raw, but that just seems a little extreme.

VSX Sport actually has some great options that I would look into. I practically live in mine so they pay for themselves.

It was brutal. Even Craft admitted post-game that we just played terribly.

I-O! Go Bucks!

I'm 21, and I've been living with a more sever form of Raynaud's since I was 14. I have a really hard time in the summer, but especially in the winter, I have to limit my time outdoors (and when I am, I wear mittens with hand warmers in them, etc.) You should probably look into medication. I take a low dose of blood…

Hey everyone! I'm 21 and studying English & Pre-Law at OSU.

I wanted to be a ballerina, but I have weak ligaments in my ankles, and after a year of physical therapy, I was told that I would never be able to do pointe. So, I just took the LSAT and on to law school!

The apple cinnamon and pear flavors are amazing! I also love the Chobani Bite options available now: coffee and chocolate chunk for 100 calories. Yum.

Hang out!

Not at all! I use this yoga for runners youtube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSAS2UbW5cI But Target sells yoga dvds-- if you're looking for something easy on the muscles, I'd try ashtanga yoga. And I would check Walmart and Target for heating pads. I bought mine at Target and it's served me well for years.
-
Love your curls!
-
I do some light yoga before starting my C25K. I also have had chronic lower back pain for years (damn genetics) and I find that a heating pad on a low setting really helps.

buddies, for sure!
