Lean Legs?
I want lean legs, and running gives them to me, but a pancake *kitten* come right along with it. Everyone keeps on telling me to squat to get that "bubble butt" but I'm scared it will tone my quads too much and give me thunder thighs. Am I crazy? Anyone with any knowledge on this?

Pre-Run Snacks?
Should I be eating anything before my runs in the morning? If so, can any fellow runners recommend good snacks to fuel my runs? I usually just go for a quick 30-minute run and then come back and eat a Chobani. Should I be doing something different?

I'm going gluten free. Any tips or things that I should keep in mind?

Vegetarian vs. Vegan
I'm vegetarian, and I'm thinking about going vegan (the only thing that would really be hard for me is avoiding yoghurt, as I'm practically addicted to Chobani). Are there any vegetarians/vegans out there that can give me insight into the transition and whether or not it's worth it?

Raynaud's Syndrome?
I just started running, but symptoms from my Raynaud's Syndrome can make it extremely painful for my hands and feet, especially during the winter. Does anyone have the same problem and possible solutions?

8-Minute Abs
I've done the youtube video "8-Minute Abs" routine off and on for about a month. I want to start doing it every day-- because, at 8 minutes long, I really don't have an excuse not to. Does anyone want to join me? Or has anyone tried this and cares to share their results?
