This is my first day of Intermittent Fasting, I am following the 5:2 regime, In the past I did lose over 40 lbs, but I have since regained over 20 pounds due to sheer indolence. However my weigh is now seriously compromised so I must do something.

Of you are ill, your body will be working hard to restore health. If you use available resources to exercise, you risk prolonging g your illness, or making it worse.

just a thought, have you had your thyroid function checked recently? If it is a bit sluggish, this may be impeding your weight loss. :bigsmile:

I go form fruit, an apple or satsuma or pear, something to chew on, that tastes nice and helps to stimulate the system. :bigsmile:

Mine was a picture too. Myself and husband about to board a submarine for an underwater safari in Lanzarote. When I saw it, I lanled it "Neil and Fatty". Its stuck to my fridge door, and It will stay thewre till I am no longer deserving of the title Fatty. 8lbs so far.
