So I am not the only one lol. I also make sure that I exercise if I plan on eating out and/or having a few drinks. I just think that is being responsible :)

I started on this site on Jan 21, 2013 at 5'7 and 213...I am now at 178 (lost 35 lbs so far)...I have always held my weight in my stomach, thighs and hips. No one really knows where I started because I always held my weight well. I can def. see my problem areas slimming down and even wore shorts to the gym the other day :)…

I started on Jan 21, 2013 and have lost 28 lbs so far...If I can do it, anyone can...seriously. You just have to be dedicated and motivated...work out on days when you don't want too. Awesome job!!! I wish that I would have a before pic of my whole body for motivation...but, to be honest, I never would allow anyone to take any lol. Anyhow, amazing transformation :)

I have been searching to find out how much of your exercise calories you should eat back and haven't seen any numbers, just that you should eat back most but not all...thanks for this info. I hate not knowing if I am doing it right or wrong :)
