I'll be fasting too for religious reasons and so I'll avoid exercise all together. You probably should avoid working out on the day of atonement. I think so anyway. Oh, sorry, I didn't see that you already said that you were going to avoid working out on the actual day.

Are you on the No S Diet forum? I think the No S Diet is sensible and a good option for some people. I'm starting back on it today. I need to lose some weight!

I did the no s diet and lost some weight. It was the only diet i ever stuck to for that long. I stayed on it for two months and I lost 10 pounds. I really would recommend it.
