If you can, ladies, do it while watching a favourite telly show! It just flew by when I did it today. I feel AWESOME!

skinnytaste.com ! Theres low cal cookbooks out there. Google what you want to cook, e.g. porkchop, and add the word 'lowcal' and it'll come up with all kinds of healthy ideas. I try to add in as many veg to a meal as possible. Filling and keeps the cals low. Tomorrow is slow cooked chicken and potatoes, mango salsa and…

Stretch and take a hot bath. Soreness will more or less be gone in about a week.

This sounds fantastic. I'm going to try to start making something healthy and low cal to do for lunch for the week- I think this could be next weeks meal!

Your diet is not very good. You need less nonnutritious foods, like rice?, and more healthy foods like veggies! Eat stuff like avocado and nuts if you're having a hard time reaching your calorie goals- full of healthy things your body needs, and the calories you need as well!

How do you all track distance?

Popcorn. Make a bowl, it`ll be gone. Make a bag, it`ll be gone. It`s not quite as bad since I got an air popper. I made cookies on the weekend and almost ate myself sick of them, so I can control them now. Prior to that, nope.

This is me as well, but it wasn't the flu, it was a baby who decided not to nap any longer! Was it easier when you restarted than when you initially did? I'm wondering if I've lost any endurance I had gained.

No, but only because I was a cook for quite a while and know, with very little error, how much of what is what by feel and eyeballing it. If I didn't have the experience, I would if I were really serious about this.

I've always just eaten what I felt like, and just these last few days I think I've figured it out. Get the crap out of the house, and meal plan! e.g.…

Is it okay to go over in fat if a lot of it comes from healthy things, like avocados and other fruits?

I'm going to put it so that friends can view it, but I feel a bit weird doing it because I meal plan on it... And I just think it's weird that anyone can view what I'm going to eat next week :S

Me! I did a week of level 1 at the end of january, then things kept coming up and I haven't done it since. Need to do it though- want to be a few inches trimmer for a wedding I'm attending at the end of March!

Amen to that! While I don't agree with what he did, I don't necessarily agree with what you did either. He should enjoy food too- but there's no reason you can't both enjoy the same meals! Meals can easily be prepared a healthy way and a 'man' way... E.g. I grill porkchops and have mine with mango salsa. Grill his and…

This is me exactly. 5'2, 140, want to be 115. I'd be happy with 120, but 115 is my end goal.

Oh, I am in! I will weigh in once a week- don't believe in doing it daily. We can do it!

Wow, lots of mommas! Hopefully we can help motivate each other.
