If you don't put your baby on your breast, pump often! If you do offer breast, don't supplement, just offer it more often. The more milk is used, the more you will make. And drink loads of water!

I use chicken seasoning rub... Its basically salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder, celery seeds and paprika. Yumm! Love slow cooker chicken, so easy!

I could do it. I'd be eating lots of beans, rice, pasta and potatoes, but I could do it. Hit up the stores early in the morning to get reduced items. Freeze them. buy in bulk.

I looove mayo! I don't eat things that need it often, so I don't sweat the cals when I do have it.

If you don't eat veggies, what do you eat? Just like.. meat and potatoes? Pasta? I incorporate veggies into everything and can hardly think of a meal that doesn't include any... Chop them up so you don't know they're there, like in meat sauces etc. ?

I've been doing it as often as possible since about Jan 20- been slacking lately though. You will not notice a loss in pounds fast, but you will notice your stamina increases extremely quickly!

Funny, but its brussel sprouts for me lol. Steamed, boiled, fried, baked... I buy the little ones so I can just keep eating them without them adding up so fast.

I can't do any of the crunches other than the basic crunch, I hurt my neck. I just do sit ups. Not ideal but it's better than nothing.

Just do it. I didn't like to drink water, and would only drink a glass or two a day. Lately I've been doing the 8 cups and feel great. There is no secret. Just make yourself do it. Always having it on hand helps!

Just a normal drinking glass. If I'm feeling fancy, I'll put in a few ice cubes. If I'm feeling really fancy, a drinking straw!
