How do YOU do squats? With additional weights, just your body weight, or something else? I thought I knew what a squat was, until my friend tried to show me how to do one- totally different than what I thought. I'm thinking of the 30 day squat challenge, but whatever works- just how do you do them?

Are there any mothers out there with little ones? I have an almost 11 month old who loooves to interfere in my exercising!
