  • Yes please listen to what they are saying. I know it's working for you now, but you'd regret it in the long run. Your body needs more!!! And I guarantee you'll gain it all back plus some. I've been there myself when I was younger I did it the wrong way.

  • I used to take the pill, but I can't now because of a blood clotting disorder that I have, so I use an IUD. It's been so wonderful. I never have to worry about forgetting and it doesn't affect my weight at all.
  • That's scary. I've never used a HRM. I wonder if I'm not burning as many calories as I thought. It would sure be nice to know, but they are so expensive!!

  • Your body is probably just catching up. 12 pounds in two weeks is a lot. From my experience I'd say you'll continue to lose, just at a slower pace. Great job so far!
  • My dog loves carrots. I buy bags just for him. We give him carrots as treats instead of dog biscuits, lol.

  • I do it at all different times of the day. When school is in and I'm working it's always late at night after the baby goes to bed. There is no other time. It works for me. Burning calories is burning calories, no matter what time its done. My trainer told me that, and I would say she knows something.

  • I did that same thing after the 4th. Today was my first full day totally back on plan. I wasted so many calories these last few days. :sad: It feels good to be back. Trust me, it's nice to eat all that junk at the time, but feels so much better to know you're doing things right again.
  • popcorn. It fills you up and makes you drink lots of water while you're eating it. You can get 100 calorie packs in butter and if you're looking for something sweet I think they make kettle corn in those too.

  • I use a digital scale at home, and when I compare it to the doctors scale at my gym mine is usually about 2-3 pounds lighter.
