First Day

So the first day wasn't soo good... I was only allowed 1200 calories, and I went over by an extra 200... not disappointed, it was a learning experience... like the McDonalds sweet tea - I will cut back on that! I used to go to the drive throu every morning, now after using the fitness pal and learning just how many calories it had, I drank 1/2 this morning and will save the other half for later.
The fitness pal also helped me increase my water intake... plus I'm not through, I'm saving some activity tonight with my husband... don't count me out yet!! :tongue:

    Don't sweat going over by 200, just get some exercise calories. Those things are wonderful! Good luck with tomorrow.
