I am 5" currently 14bs but want to atleast get down to 125lbs. I once reached my overall goal of 115lbs but gained. I was told I was too skinny at that weight so I am going to see how I feel at 125lbs. Feel free to add me! Need and will be great support system!

I did the same thing but then realized I was losing very slow if even at all. Then when I began to eat more (my full calorie intake plus some of the workout calories) I began to seemore of a lose at a steady pace. I figured out that by one not eating my full 1200 and then also not eating my exercise calories (atleast some)…

I did figure my BMR snd TDEE and that's what sprung my curiosity. I know this is just a tool and didn't expect the numbers here to be right on target. Eating 1200 a day is far from healthy that's why I did research and looked into numbers and just wanted opinions on what others did. Crazy the difference between it all.…
