When I burn a lot of calories I don't ever go over my 1200 and eat back what they give me...has this hurt anyone? Actually, I have a hard time even reaching the full 1200!!!

I did the same thing but then realized I was losing very slow if even at all. Then when I began to eat more (my full calorie intake plus some of the workout calories) I began to seemore of a lose at a steady pace. I figured out that by one not eating my full 1200 and then also not eating my exercise calories (atleast some) I was sending my body into starvation and it was holding onto everything instead of losing it. Just be careful...0

Many people would say no, it won't hurt you. Just eat throughout the day.0

I've learned through trial and error, that I only lost weight when I didn't eat back my exercise calories. If I did, I would only maintain my weight. I don't dip into my exercise calories during the week, but I will eat back into my exercise calories over the weekend (not all of them). I burn more calories on the weekends, and that's usually when I like to splurge on a meal as well. I've lost 10 lbs. in 5 weeks, so that's working for me right now, and I'm going to stick to it! Every body is different though. Just find what works for you, and don't worry about what every one else says.0
