I'm the same way with going out and whatnot, but I try and only drink clear drinks. I've heard that if you must drink, that's what you should drink. P.S. Welcome to MFP, it'll definitely help you out!

I did it for about 23 days, before I ended up going through a workout lull. Just when you get comfortable with the level, you're on the next one, and that can be brutal. Personally, I saw the results I wanted with it and lost inches where I needed/wanted to. I'd definitely recommend it to start with. I'm on my second day…

I've been diagnosed with PCOS for almost a year now, but I think I've had it for around 2-3 years now. It took a while to diagnose it for me, though. I think I'm going to try and eat eggs more often, definitely. Oh, my mom uses BeneFiber for her fiber, so I guess I could do the same for protein. I just kind of want to be able to get it in my food, so that I'm not reliant, you know? I've heard Greek yoghurt is great! I might have to try it out :)

I do eat chicken, but I'm not sure what exact kind of chicken... grilled? No skin? I'm not exactly a foodie, haha. Ohh, eggs sound like a good one! I've been trying to get into yoghurt lately, so let's hope that sticks. Thank you!

God bless this post, I have been waiting for it. I'm not trying to conceive, but my stomach always looks like I am. I can't wear a proper bathing suit. I wish I didn't have this horrible disease. And the extra hair growth DOES NOT help me.
