5'2" here, my weight seems to drop every two weeks vs weekly now. I'm kinda stuck at 134-135 and am trying to get down to 120 but just being under 130 would be awesome.

This is gona sound mean but you've lost 19 pounds and started in a month ago. I started january 21st and have lost 11 pounds. Weight may come off fast at first and will slow down. Don't freak out about it and let it come off the way it wants to. Move more and watch what you eat.

What do you mean about exercising at 50%-70% heart rate ? I have trouble with running because it hurts my knees but I often do high incline fast paced walking on the treadmill and it's rare i get my heart rate above 160.

I stopped drinking juice and limit my milk because carbs and sugars. Now I drink about 6 or 7 20oz bottles of water I refill through out the day. egg drop soup, kung pao chicken, brown rice. eat half the serving of rice and chicken and save it for lunch the next day. the sodium is fairly high in most meals but you can look at their nutritional values. the only issue i saw is that they don't post sugar content. Anywho, that's what I ordered when I went there. :)

I've cover them with enough water and add a little salt. Then once reached a decent boil, I set a timer for 2 minutes. I really need to stop buying the overly processed foods. I can't believe I was fooling myself with the low cal this, low fat that. I'm not hungry right when I wake up so I usually wait for lunch. So far it looks like sodium needs to get way way down. and eat far less carbs than I am.

Yes, you can get it walmart and I see it at our local grocer "schnucks" but they make a white or wheat and also hotdog/hamburger buns!!!! it's 35cal a slice and 16 grams of carbs for 2 slices of bread. the hot dog buns and hamburger buns are 80calories.
