A little advice on the last bit of weight.
Hello fello "lose-ers", After eating at a defecit from January 21, 2013 to this year I've gotten down to 117lb. At my heighest weight I was 186ish. I'm only 5'2" and my current body fat % is 23.5%. So I rode my bike for nearly an hour today which added on to my net calories. I keep reading you're supposed to eat most if not all your exercised calories. I had close to 900 before left for dinner. Is anyone else going over in sugars?
My sugar goal is 24g a day. I notice it's pretty impossible to not go over on sugars. I don't drink soda or juices laced with sugars however, If I eat just one dannon oikos greek yogurt thats 22g and it will pretty much put me over my sugar limits. I've been struggling to not go over on sugars or protein. Is it a huge deal?
