I started at a 14/16 in womens clothing, I'm now in 0/2 depending on the brands. Starting weight 186[eek] my current weight is 106 my body fat % is 20.8%. my measurements are 32-24-34 i'm 5'1 3/4"

Nope, I was able to lose 80lbs with mine in. I just needed to stop drinking my calories and eating all the things.

I started at 186, I now weigh 110 pounds and at 5'2" that's a good weight. I'm actually going to cut a few more pounds but was able to maintain on 1500-1700 a day depending on exercise.

This is kinda rude. If I eat 1,200 a day, I do not lose weight. There comes a point where unless you create a deficit for yourself OR eat 1,200 and burn those calories to net less than 1,200 like me it's just not gona happen. You need to be eating more. There has been more than just a couple days in a row you barely even get to 500 calories. You should be eating a lot more considering the amount of exercise you're doing. If a person who eats "clean" and does not maintain a deficit they will gain weight. You could eat 3500 calories in fruit or whole grains and still gain weight.

Excess calories make you fat. Fat does not make you fat. You could eat 3500+ calories in bananas and you will gain weight.

I eat about 1,200 a day but I am also keto, and I manage just fine. I lose about 1-1.4lbs a week. I always feel full \o/

I don't think I'm exactly small framed but i'm 5'2". Currently at 128 and my initial goal is to get down to 120. With as much body fat that I have, I think my ultimate goal would be getting down to 115. I can't see myself much smaller than that. Still have the pudge so we shall see. How often are you waiting before calorie jumps? I know diet is mostly exercising but are you doing any? I recently went keto but, You might benefit from calorie cycling to break yourself out of the rut that you are in.

Even if I wasn't a meat eater, I agree to your comment. There are always going to be fad diets but this one takes the cake. Say goodbye to fertility.
