Low carb open diaries

I would love to start doing a Lower Carb/higher protein diet but not exactly sure how. I know don't eat as much bread, blah blah. I know it "seems" simple but it's just not for me.

I would love to see some open diaries of people that are successful at it. and see what they eat throughout the day.

Thanks for any advice/suggestions

    You can check out mine, too! I do splurge occasionally, but I generally linger between 20 to 35 net carbs.

    I think mine is open, not sure what it shows for carbs.

    EDIT: I looked at my carbs. They appear to rise during the weekends but are usually lower than what my diary is set at. Some weeks I don't consume very many, the next week I do. Anyway check it out if you want.

    Feel free to look at mine - ignore targets. I'm aiming for ~1500 calories, 50 to 100 gm of carbs, ~100gm protein and lots of fat.

    I'm not saying I get it right all, or even any of the time. But have a goo if you're interested.

    I've found cutting back on carbs means sugar is automatically lower, I find I've less cravings. all in all I feel better for it.
  • I'm in the maintenance phase now but I'm still doing low carb but feel free to check out my diary.
