i do abs 4x a week and DO see a difference, i do a full ab workout and i also do a lot of balance ab things (the muscle under that visible 6pack i forgot what it was called). personally i think its important that you start out with abs so that theyre engaged for the rest of your workout and then you'll be working them…

its great that youre losing weight, but fyi my ex did that (lost a lot of weight really fast) and he had a lot of excess skin and had to get surgery to fix it, if you lose weight slower your skin has time to catch up and youre not killing your metabolism. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=22Qp7sJJ7AE

do you mean that i could be eating less than 1400 or that 1400 isn't enough? also my BMR is like 1432 or something and my TDEE is 2200? if that extra info helps?

maybe try increasing your heart rate?

you might already know this, but i'm going to throw it out there anyways, if youre doing the same exercises your body gets used to it so nothing is going to happen or change, maybe try a new exercises? have you tried yoga? or maybe a cardio hip hop class or something, but not at a gym b/c those dont count as real yoga or…

haha thanks! how many calories are you doing a day? and how much do you exercise? cuz I'm eating less than MFP tells me and i feel like i work out ALL the time but not loosing any weight

omg my ex bf did this!! and lost 200 lbs and still does it, he refuses to listen to any other info and will only eat one meal a day, SO BAD! MFP told me 1500 to lose weight but i changed it to 1400 its the least i can do w/o feeling hungry i think if i did any less i would die haha also add me i'm new and need encouraging…
