You look great!! I really needed this this morning since my scale didnt know the number I was hoping for at weigh in! I have religiously taken pics of my progress and it is nice to be reminded that the scale sometimes lies and its all in how you feel!! Congrats!

Just an update for those of you that wanted to know! I completed the race this morning!! Ran the entire time with NO walking! And I did it in 34.27 minutes!!! I felt amazing and can not wait to see how far I can push this body of mine!

I use the Personal Running Trainer app and I love it!! You can sync a playlist to it and the voice speaks over it to tell you when to start and stop your intervals. It has different trainings for 1k, 5k, 10k, half and marathon!! LOVE IT!

Yes inches is what you ultimately want to see go down! A pound of fat is the same as a pound of muscle but the pound of muscle takes up less space...note the loss in inches!! If you just keep working out you will see the scale move but right now it sounds like your body is changing fat to muscle! Which is great...that way…
