  • Hi folks - just got my ARIA but confusing. The first time I step on it, it weighs me heavier. The second and subsequent times I step on it (in the same weigh in session) I am almost always down a pound+ from the initial step. ANyone else?

  • My FitBit counts that towards my steps = exercise and I think it should. After all, my caloric burn rate is based off "just existing" so if I do more than "just exist" (like shop or clean) I think it's correct to give you "credit" for it. You should totally count it. :)
  • I also eat when I'm working on a big project. I will just shovel it in. You have to get up and move - do a dance balls out to your favorite song for the whole length of the song and then see if you're still focused on the stress. Do something besides stress about eating. Look at your food journal and don't let stress win.…
