If you are looking to do something at home there are of course alot of Home workout DVDs or grab a fitness/shape magzine. I get them and tear the workout out and put them in a big 3 ring binder book... That way I have already planned out workouts.. I have a stack I need to go through at home now.

It has been a while since I have done it and I didn't complete it that time but I am determined this time. The 1300 seems low and I would eat that many for sure ir not more.. I go more by TDEE calculator then anything else and how I feel. i would have to say the 1300 is without eating exercise calories back

You need a Combonation... I would do 3 days of Zumba and 2 days of strength training. I do Zumba from time to time and you do Squats in some of the dances do there is some strength training built in.. See if they have Zumba Toning! Its a win win. You need both cardio and strength training. Cardio will help burn the fat off…
