1. Cuties Clementines 2. Brown Rice 3. Lightly Salted Rice Cakes 4. Natural Jif Peanut Butter 5. Honeycrisp Apples 6. Reduced Fat Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing (Kraft) 7. Stacey's Naked Pita Chips (Only eat one serving at a time, or maybe a half; still VERY satisfying) 8. Hershey's Dark Chocolate Miniatures (if I am DYING…

Alright. I'll admit it. I had a terrible food day yesterday. I've been going strong for about 1.5 months now and yesterday was not good. Not all out, I'm eating everything in sight, but not good. First, I fell victim to snack day. Always bad. I was tired and I think I let the number on the scale affect me too much and so I…

Do you like to dance? Try a Zumba class or maybe Just Dance or Just Dance 2 on the Wii. They are all so much fun and they get your heart rate up. Other than that I can't help much. I love to push myself at the gym, so I'm becoming an exercise addict.

You're welcome!!

1.2 lbs is a very respectable weight loss. I lost 1.4 lbs and I worked out 5 times this week for about 60-70 minutes each. You will see it come down, you just can't get discouraged and give up! Will you lose weight by giving up or by sticking it through even when it's hard?
-
I added it for you! Congrats!
-
I'm sure it will all even out!! I didn't start seeing any changes until 20 lbs lost. I think it's just different for everyone. We all store our weight differently! Congrats on your loss so far!
-
Check it out guys!! We've lost over 140 lbs this week combined!!! That's an entire person!!

Bump.

I lost 1.4 lbs from 205.6 to 204.2. I was hoping for another little drop to under 204 today, but any loss is still a loss! Congrats everyone!

I am definitely excited to weigh in tomorrow. I've gone down a little throughout the week, I didn't go over my sodium, I got in all my water and I burned a solid 800 calories tonight because my personal trainer loves to torture me. And no matter how much or little the weight loss turns out to be, I'm still…

You can do it! I like to get on the scale every morning, just to see where I'm at and to see how each day's food choices affect me. But that's not for everyone! I go up and down and I just take it with a grain of salt (in a manner of speaking!) If you go over your sodium, you should expect a gain, just from water…

Honestly, I think you should concentrate on your calories first. Once you have a better idea of how much you can eat each day, then you can start to make smarter choices to make sure you're getting plenty of protein and not too much fat, etc. I started counting just calories. Then I concentrated on watching protein, then…

You can do it. Just take it one day at a time and you'll see the fruit of your labor! Never give up!!

OMG!! I lost1" off my hips and 1.5" off my waist this week!! No wonder my pants are fitting so much better!!! I feel on top of the world. AND I'm only 4.6 more lbs from being under 200. AMAZING.

That's exactly how I have it set up! Protein is so important for building lean muscle, especially with a strength training routine! And I still get 40 grams of fat with 1200 calories. I almost never go over that! I've had a lot of success with building muscle with about 100 grams of protein a day.

Hey everyone! I had a GREAT day today. I have seriously decreased muffin top in the jeans that used to be way too tight, I dropped 3 lbs this week!! and I just feel awesome. I'm headed to workout with my personal trainer and get measured. I can't wait. I love to see the changes in my body fat and measurements!!

Avoid the cookie/cakes and sweets aisle!! If you don't see it, you won't want to buy it as much.

I'm feeling good this week! I tried on my size 12 (doesn't my butt look awesome in these jeans) jeans and I got them zipped and buttoned! They definitely don't fit yet, but I'm on my way! I'm hoping to be wearing them comfortably by my 25th birthday on March 1st! I'm also excited to get under 200 in the next 3 weeks or…

I eat a rice cake with 1 Tbsp of natural Jif peanut butter. It's quick and delicious. I also sometimes pair it with a protein shake.

SW : 205.6 lbs Exercise at least 5 days a week for 60 mins: circuit training, elliptical, treadmill, stairmaster, weights, etc.

Talk to your doctor! He/She would be the best person to ask!

I LOVE Stacey's Naked Pita chips, very satisfying. Also cuties clementines or a plain rice cake with 1 tbsp of peanut butter! YUM.

I would take into account how muscular you are compared to others. My body fat percentage is in the overweight range, but BMI says that I have to lose 25 more lbs to get into the overweight range!! It's different for everyone. 165 sounds about right, but when you get there, you'll know what's right for you.

I have a Polar F6 and I love it. I don't know about any others, but I would definitely recommend the Polar!

Changing your life is all about compromise. I would NEVER fully give up my favorite indulgence: Diet Coke. BUT I don't let myself have more than one 12 oz. can per day and I'm trying to cut back to about 3-4 per week. It hasn't hindered my weight loss, but I would encourage you to cut back to no more than one per day. Just…

Diet Coke! I would give up everything else in the world, but no matter what they say about Diet Coke, I get one can of Diet Coke each day if I want it!

All I can say is WOW. Congratulations. You put in some SERIOUSLY hard work. Way to go!!
