Only time will tell, keep doing what your doing because it seems to have worked so far. As you lose weight your character shouldn't change just your health. I think it is preference, I record combined weight of the repetition. Ex: DB curls 25lb in each hand 50 lb total. My thoughts are it is simultaneous and you are lifting 50 lbs together. just my thoughts

If you can get the weights while sitting, you can do curls from that position, tricep extensions, lateral raises, (laying down)dumbbell press, Chest fly. Only if you can do it safe of course. light weight high reps for now maybe. I guess if you cant walk someone bring them to you lol

Circuit training- Basically all weight exercises with no rest. Keeps your heart rate up, not as much as running but still good plus you get the after burn effect.

Thanks I totally agree about the carbs, and I need to eat more chicken and fish! Thanks at least I know I am on the right track! I am also just switch to wraps instead of bread. They are actually pretty good in taste and macros.

On a track I like to do sprint the straits jog the curves for a cool down, or even a walking. I find this very effective for me.

From personal experience staying away from the Coke Zero and other diet soda's made me feel better when working out. However, I believe moderation is fine. I like the earlier suggestion for drinking at least the same amount of water that you have as the soda, plus more. I will Have one every now and then though. =)

Once a week in the morning is the best for me. right after you wake up is the most accurate. Measuring would be a good idea too.
