Haven't gotten an update yet. :(

I've only started using it this summer and I run on my treadmill because of the heat and humidity. It's pretty accurate with my distance on my treadmill. I can't wait to use it outdoors when it cools off. It's not like I have to post my runs but I just wanted to try it for fun. :(

You look great in all three but I think you look slimmer in the shorts. My trouble areas are my butt and thighs too. :)

Ugggh! I am so not a morning person. I would love to know the same thing.

Love, love, love, Sophie Kinsella and her Shopaholic series. I didn't realize that another one has come out. Off to the library tomorrow. :)

Ooooh, I just finished that. Can't wait for the movie. I hope it stays true to the book. I read Heaven is for Real before that. It was really good too. Gave me goosebumps. I am going through withdrawals now because I am reading nothing. Any suggestions? Oh, and the Hunger Games series is a must read! I bought…

I was in the same boat until today. I finally lost .6 of a pound. Not much but I'll take it. I changed my workouts this past week. I do something different each day. I was told that your body gets accustomed to what your doing and you have to change it up from time to time. I also started doing hand weights a…

Buy a couple of packages of boneless chicken breasts and you can make several meals with some of the foods you already have. Chicken fajitas, make a grilled chicken green salad........ Veggies and fuit are cheap if you go to a farmer's market or fruit stand. Ground beef can go a long way too. You have most of your sides…

My son, who is very skinny, had a bunch appear on his back when he had a huge growth spurt in height this past spring. The dermatologist prescribed Retin A and it has helped with the color but he will always have them. :( I've read that Vitamin E oil and taking Vitamins A and D will also help repair the skin.

I like the idea. I'm in! :)

I'm from the south so I completely understand about the heat and humidity. Do you have a friend's house that you can workout in? Maybe you can workout together. If not, I would just take a long walk in the evening until you can get your window unit fixed. It's better than nothing.

Hopefully, they will grill most of the meals. :) Make a huge salad, bring almonds, fresh fruit, and 100 calorie snacks. I would swim and take long walks. Drink lots of water. You can do it!

Looks good to me. I would switch the oil to maybe an olive oil. I love dark lettuce. The darker the better. :) I can't see your sodium % but drinking lots of water helps flush your system. Have you tried just plain almonds? Looks like you are doing great!

Lol, I love it! (Your Topic) Log in everything! Do not deny yourself. If you really want something, eat a third of it. Because if not, you will binge. Fill up on lots of veggies. They are low on calories and good for you. Get your water in. Good luck on your journey. :)

I feel the same way. My sister is an inch taller than me but is 8 pounds lighter. WTH? I am 5'7 and 139. I would love to get down to 130 so that I have a cushion to play with. Good luck!

Sounds like you're off to a great start! Welcome to an awesome site and good luck on your journey. :)

It sounds like you need to eat more. You need to feed those muscles that you are working. I increased my calories when I started weights and it worked. Good luck! :)
