It took REALLY portioning my food in the begining. We didn't go out to eat a lot because I had to change to a gluten free diet, but I always ate until I was stuffed, and then took another 10 bites! Thanks! I didn't think it was AT ALL possible to do in that short amount of time! We are going to continue on the "extreme" path for a year and see what that gets us, then maybe scale back and "maintain" from there =)

27lbs! That's great! Keep it up and keep logging! I find that if I miss a day logging, I can tell almost instantly :( So now I try, right after every meal, or sometimes I feel that if I plan my day before I even eat that I "have no choice" but to eat what I put in there =) Let's do this! ~Tiffany
