Further to what others have said, the time of day you weight yourself can also make a big difference. Up to 3lb from my own experiences. Also clothes can make a big impact. Try and weight yourself at the same time of day. I usually weigh myself in the mornings, just before i step in the shower.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Good news that you were still able to cycle. I think i'm a couple of days off that. Might try it in a few days and see how it goes.
