Eat more! Make sure you are netting enough calories per day that are more than your bmr and lower than your tdee. Google them- lots of helpful info!

I agree with above post........ Level 2 seemed harder cardio wise. Whereas level 3 was more concentrated strength. I've noticed my love handles slowly getting smaller- maybe because of the side planks?

I just bumped up my calorie goal awhile back to 1300 per day. I still don't know if that's enough because my tdee -% is around 1600. I'm finding it hard to even eat 1300 calories per day let alone 1600. I do JM30ds about 4-5 days a week and cardio about 3 days. I also light lift about 2 days a week.

You are not defined by the number on a scale. Get to the size you feel good at!

I have checked the battery and it seems to be working fine. All of the other features are working fine. It is a wrist kind . Is a chest strap better?

I am 5"1' and 3.5-3.8 was a VERY brisk walk and 4.0 was a brisk jog. I thought I was very unfit when looking at the exercise options on here. Now , two and a half months in I can walk briskly at 4.0 and a light jog at 4.3. I am getting more intense as time goes on and I'm feeling pretty good. I know it also has a lot to do…

You can move up to each level as you feel ready. Personally, I have set a goal that I won't move up to level two until I do all of level 1 with no modifications or even a five second break. Trying to push myself . I'm almost there!

Roast them! Broccoli , cauliflower, Brussels sprouts , anything! I even roasted cabbage the other night and it was delicious!

At first I counted it as circuit training. Then I bought my hrm and my hrm was much higher than mfp circuit training count. I'm going to take a cal count in between the two. Hope this helps

I 'had' to eat there last weekend (my son's bday choice) and I struggled over the menu. I ended up getting the California chicken and took the top bun off. I also only ate a few fries. I was able to stay within my calorie intake goal.
