30 day shred/30 day ripped question
I have been doing 30 day shred and have liked the results. Need another video to continue my progress. Should I move on to 30 day ripped? Or do you have any other video suggestions for toning/cardio/strength? What have you used that you like? Not quite financially ready to purchase PX90 or Insanity. Thanks!
