For me, a fifty something woman a stone overweight, no previous exercising and a back/core that tends to be very weak and suddenly go into a spasm every now and then, I find doing gently leg exercises in the swimming pool like treading water, walking up…
  • i have everything you have in the taco except the taco itself - instead I use a very crispy lettuce leaf and pile ground lamb, cherry tomatoes, low cal coleslaw and grated hard cheese - yum! much prefer the fresh crispy flavour of the lettuce than the taco shell itself. Lower cals too. bonus
  • why are we torturing ourselves like this.....ha ha cheese, any kind doesnt matter I cant buy it as any amount I buy is eaten in a day and they wont sell me just 2 ounces! :laugh:
  • swap the sugar or aspartme for a handful of juicy raisins, a 1/4 banana sliced, 2 table spoons of greek 0% fat yogurt sprinkled with cinamon. Yum
