  • I just joined yesterday....I have a feeling this is going to be great. Is it just me or does it seem like the calories they allow is kinda high?

  • cook with broth...you can add garic too it. My favorite is to cook with chicken broth. In skillet I lightly saute rainbow peppers, celery and red onion with garlic and pepper in EVOO very light amount and mix in the quinoa when it is done.
