I crave salty foods, which I understand is due to my metabolism and getting energy quickly from foods. While I am meeting my calorie goals, I tend to go over on protein on a regular basis. Is this something I need to be concerned about?

The MFP default values are a bit on the low side for protein so don't worry if you go over.0

Craving salt can indicate a nutrient deficiency, not sure where energy comes into it that usually means sugar and fat cravings. MFP protein is the minimum not optimum.0 -
