  • Cheese... i love cheese! I will eat a piece and yes i will TRY to go to bed earlier but come on, its the weekend. Who goes to sleep at 11pm on a Friday/Saturday night, not me =) lol.   • I'm trying to loose 1 lb per week and I work out 3 times a week.
  • I am drinking protein shakes ... Slim Fast and I love it. Fruits, umm I'm already eating banana for breakfast so I'll try grapes at night.. i guess. Thank u all for the tips :)

I am a mother myself but my daughter is already 12yrs old (they grow so fast) and I am also determined to get back to my weight before I had her... 115lbs.   • Yep definitely too low... but this is the set rate if you are not active. You should set it to 1300-1500 if you are lightly active and 1700 if you are exercising 3-4 times a week.
  • Don't worry I'm always hungry myself! LOL When i go over my calories I make myself exercise that day. Are you eating 3 or 5 meals a day? Try to eat smaller meals and a big glass of water when you're done.
