  • Thans you guys for giving your input! If you eat below your BMR, does your body go into "starvation mode" and slow your metabolism? If MFP has set my calorie goal to 1,200 and I exercise but don't eat my exercise calories, will this slow down my weight loss since I am going below my BMR?
